That is the question? Do you really think the 1-2 pounds a week is enough to keep you going? I don’t think so. I have tried to lose it slow but I keep falling off the wagon as the say. But I decided to try an different approach. And I was surprised at the results. I ended up losing 20 pounds in a month. I didn’t say it was easy but it’s doable. To be honest it got easier each week.
